I wanted to share a somewhere unusual review in response to an unusual kindness from Jade at Michigan Orthodontics. A few weeks back my daughter let me know she had run out of rubber bands for her braces on a Friday, saying she was worried about not having them over the weekend. Wanting to encourage her willingness to stick to the program, I dropped by her orthodontist's office to find it unexpectedly closed. I quickly found orthodontic bands aren't available in normal retail stores or pharmacies, so I figured I would call around to other orthodontist offices in town to see if I might be able to buy some. After several failed attempts, I finally reached Jade who not only said she would give me some for free, she taped them to the outside of the office door to ensure I could get them if she had to briefly step out. Once again I just want to express my gratitude and encourage those in the area to reward such kindness with your business!

From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was so pleasant. The office is clean, bright, and very professional. My daughter just got braces here and they walk you through the whole process and definitely make it an easy time for my daughter! She was extremely nervous but the whole team here are very welcoming and made her feel great. She absolutely loves her braces and says her smile already looks better.

Been going here since I was a kid to get my braces done and retainer repairs. Was honestly terrified of places like this until I met their amazing team who works with efficiency AND compassion. Shout out to Robin who's been there for as long as I can remember ❤️ She's amazing at calming patients and explaining everything that is happening or has to happen. 10/10 for the care you receive.
